Shipping Policy
At Cranberry Ridge Farm we try to ship the most expedient way possible. For most of what we produce that ends up being through the flat rate service by USPS. If you would like to pick up your order we can arrange by appointment in a local town on days that we do business. We are a small family farm and so we do not have any outside employees. We do all the work ourselves. While we do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible, life happens! However we do our best to let you know when there might be a delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, mostly food items or family hygiene items, once it leaves our farm we cannot take it back and resell it due to sanitary concerns. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product then please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
